With a career spanning over four decades, Barry’s professional career is extensive. Barry has held a number of senior leadership roles within CIBC’s Corporate and Commercial banking divisions including working as Director and Team Leader for the BC Interior Commercial Banking team. Barry’s ability to develop strategies that maximize potential opportunities to create, protect and realize shareholder value is unparalleled. Barry has assisted many companies in reaching their goals by gaining access to capital, restructuring their debt, and lowering their operational costs.

Richard is a Chartered Accountant who is passionate about helping business owners and C-Level executives. He has a proven track record of accelerating growth for his client’s careers and businesses by coaching them to improve their overall effectiveness. He draws extensively from his toolbox of skills acquired during more than 25 years of C-Level experience as both a CEO and a CFO.
With a career spanning over three decades, Richard’s professional career is very broad. Richard has spent time as Divisional Vice President for Quebecor Media and Publisher of the Winnipeg Sun, President of Ply Gem Canada Inc., EVP & CFO of Crystal Creek Homes, and most recently as Managing Director of XCEL Advisory Group.
Richard is also an accomplished Gazelles International 4-Decision business coach and has worked with many small and medium-sized businesses’ senior leadership teams. Richard’s clients appreciate his innate ability to focus on where their business is truly profitable and how to grow that by directly engaging with them in formulating and implementing business best practices and strategic business plans.

Monica brings over 20 years of experience building, developing, and leading teams through expansion, mergers, and acquisitions, and operations. Most recently, Monica ran a software development company serving the Ability Management and Health and Safety space for the past 13 years. Monica has also held leadership positions serving such as Chief Financial Officer and on numerous Boards as a Director and Treasurer.
Monica has her Bachelor of Commerce degree from Athabasca University and has a strong finance and sales background.
When she is not busy serving others in the business world, she is busy serving and supporting her three amazing daughters, two competitive figure skaters, and one competitive swimmer.
